It didn't get cancelled because it sure looked kewl to have a big list of patents you could show potential paper buyers/bagholders. If Temple wasn't coming after them for payment, why not sit on them for more stage dressing/legitimacy bait. I think though when the SEC came after Beggar for his use of the word 'proven', they also questioned the patents. Can't remember if some were then removed. The SEC should have heavily fined them back then based on raising funds on the lie the device had been proven in any way shape or form.
Non issue as it will get written off just like what happened in the past. I'm glad I know how to how read & understand public filings that are in simple English.
This is why I do my own d/d. I only take advice from professionals who know what they are talking about & who know how to read and understand public filings.
