$HNRC completed Spin-off & Dividend. Anyone with a Purchase Date on or before Friday April 28, 2023, will receive 1 $WDHI at $3.50 per share for every 2 $HNRC shares.

That means absolutely nothing. When is the ex-dividend date? The $3.50/share is an imaginary figure IMO. By the time registrations are completed (if ever), who can say what price it will open at. And if it is worth that much, then why the hell hasn't the underlying stock already been worth something more, before the announcement?

Anyone got some financials on the future WDHI that could justify a $3.50 share price?
