Not wrong at all.

Here is the rest of the ridiculous statment:

The Army NEVER involved "their experts and techies", and no "M1 Abrams tanks" were sent to Michigan.

"You make their deadlines unless they make a change or see benefits to extend the timeline."

That is obviously false because KBLB was over a year late for both the 1st part AND 2nd part of the Army contract.

"If there is potential which they feel there is by the sound of the RFI, they will push Kim out of the way and take over if it becomes necessary."

That didn't happen either. The Army never pushed "Kim out of the way" and took over.
