IMO, the best way for ELTP to get on NASDAQ is a reverse merger with a large privately held company such as Prasco. It’s a cheaper, quicker way for a private company to go public and ELTP gets listed as a much more diverse pharma company. I’ve thought this for a long time. It may never happen, but depending on terms it might be win-win for both parties.
