It's IR's job to stand up for the company they represent. It doesn't appear the $CMGO crew is ready for any updates with their business, JV, CEO SEC indictment, or short and long term visions for the company or XA. Perhaps (not my suggestion) they have to stay silent due to a buyout or merger.
$CMGO should be running out of money soon, so they may need to address that problem.
