I don't know why anyone uses TDA - anyway, I was able to place a buy on Fidelity just now.

And ETrade - maybe TDA got spooked with what happened the other day and they got caught short. FWIW in my experience ETrade is just a bit better than Fidelity as far as being able to buy just about everything. Fidelity has better executions.
