Shorts are not covering because they expect AMC to be devoured from within APES suing management strangling AMC ability to dilute the shares to pay off debt and bills. Shorts are just running out the clock waiting for AMC management to run out of money in their war chest and declare bankruptcy.
If I was a short I would not cover even if the CTB is 300%. I just wait for the stupid APES to destroy the AMC Co for me. Then they can blame me for their miserable trade.
That is why I strongly believe this Allegheny lawsuit was created by the big shorts like Citadel in disguise.
