With much respect for you Serpico. Imho, I believe the placement and persistence of the CE tag is about much more than a few Twitter post. And I don’t believe the CE is warranted. JMO but I believe that what they may be requiring from Protext Pharma to have the CE tag removed may be unreasonable, which goes to the persistence of the tag. I do not believe OTCm’s functions on an empirical or objective basis. It’s very subjective and regulators are under no scrutiny by a higher body to make sure each company is treated with equal weight and fairness. Companies are forced to get legal representation where no laws have been broken. Speculation and accusations should not be enough to shut a company down. And even if it were, timelines to fulfill burdens of proof for any accusations should be on OTCm’s to prove an accusation. If you haven’t proven a crime within some time frame OTCm should be required to remove a CE. As it stands they can destroy a company without proving anything. JMHO….
