Wasnt Ward telling investors that that quarter was done and he was gonna file and we have been dark ever since..Without actually knowing the legal answer,I will assume he must file chronologically... That will certainly be an interesting read.. Thats the quarter with the gifted shares..
Being behind 7 quarters in my mind is an impossible lift, for someone who could never file any one quarter on time...Time will tell. $$$$go MRGE$$$
