You're thinking of the recent high or $0.08. If it went down 90%, that is from the high of last July of above $0.30. So it needs to go up 900% to get back there.

I bought 500k shares at .029, so it already arrived. To look at a point in time and assume it needs to get back to that time is... foolish.
