Why ZCBD has not been Upgraded to the OTC Pink-Sheet market yet after the company did all the required filing most recently?

Based on 102,866 shares of the FIXED And SAME Hyper Tiny OS count ZCBD can Easily And Quickly soar over its Historic Record high $3,800 (i.e. $390,890,800.00 MV) because most recently its peer (SSH?) did hit $450,604,239.30 MV which is corresponding to ZCBD hitting the price $4,380.5!
