Kenaf-based products will first be used to build all residences and other structures in the villages. Kenaf will also become the basis for profitably exporting sustainable products from the community replacing plastics, paper and pulp, fuels and many other products with a much greener alternative. Residents will be allocated stock in the producing company thereby mitigating cost of ownership in the community.
