Yeah that's correct. So we are back to how confusing things are since the 2021 changes.

Elsewhere it says

Pink Limited Information Tier

Companies that make the information described below publicly available through OTCIQ may qualify for the Limited
Information Tier.

8. Annual Financial Statements: Companies must upload the below financial statements for a completed Fiscal Year
within the past 16 months.

So 16 months from last annual report period end would take us to the end of this month.

Hopefully they get a filing out this week so we can move on from this confusion.
