Why do you care about a disagreement between Frank and Nathan? What does that have to do with current affairs? If Nathan wants to litigate against Frank for the "25k- then let him. Who cares? How about the nonsense that Nathan tried to pull with nondisclosed shares? I say same thing if Frank wants to litigate against Nathan...who cares. Do you, or anyone else here, think that the Nathan-Frank BS from 2 years ago will prevent something from happening between MONI and NewCo buying control block? NO WAY IMHO
