If the share cancellation was approved too early, and before Calasse had a chance to properly answer, wouldn’t that have been remedied in the second hearing? Since by that time he had time to prove he existed and answer the court? I admit I don’t like the way Sharp handled this, but I’m not so certain that it’s a slam dunk for either party.
