So far no R/S, the focus is on the MERGER finally coming to a close. It appears now after all this time within this month , no later than June per disclosure

It is all discussed in the latest disclosure, one would anticipate it gaining it's Tier level back , it just appears more info is needed and in the format of an OTC disclosure via Pink Basic Guidelines.

there SEC Counsel has a nice address in NY Marketing area , however only represents one other symbol and that is not OTC Land. Hence the problem is in there , need to have an OTC Securities Counsel for the time being or additional. Send notes to Jacobi and NUKK asking for updated OTC Level. I have and a few others.
