I don't know what the typical premium is for med tech Co's buy outs and how easily Boston Sci can fold into their existing operations / marketing infrastructure .
Do you know much about Boston Sci ?

From quick look at Boston Sci ...I can see why they would be interested and why a deal would make sense.
There was a small competitor to SWAV that was bt out last year ...are U familiar with that Co and who bt them ?
