If he owns millions of NioCorp shares, isn't it in his best interest to see the company succeed?

You are absolutely right on this point. We are owed an explanation why these people have been handed a considerable share of the company, a rediculously high number of shares for bringing more or less NOTHING to the company. How is that even remotely compatible with management‘s fiduciary obligations towards existing shareholders?
