Sheeesh! They were two of the main investors in GXII, if not the 2 biggest investors. We did not just give them NB shares. They received shares in connection with the $$$$$$$ which constituted their equity in GXII flowing over to NB per the Agreement and deal. Their significant unredeemed cash investments in GXII became investments in NB after we acquired GXII. So, let's not hear any more of this nonsense about them getting NB shares for nothing. SMFH
