We believe that due to (1) INTV's current share pricing structure, (2) clean balance sheet, and (3) size of assets, the Company has become a very attractive merger candidate for private companies, looking to go public, raise capital and to uplist to Nasdaq.
1.93 x 2860609 = 5.5M Market Cap A 5.5M cap with a $2 stock price is not an attractive candidate. And acquire at what price? $5, $10? INTV stabilized in the range of $30-$40 (0.22-0.40 pre-split) in late 2021.
As of September 2021, the Nasdaq sets a minimum initial market capitalization requirement of $160 million for companies seeking to list their shares on the exchange. If the above is correct, the stock price must be above $56. 1:125 is overly done and I hope there is a good reason for that.
