I was screaming at the dude saying...do you realize how fast penny's move, and you want to put me on hold for trade authorization? Totally scandalous. I have B of A also, however, you can't trade on line for more than 100k shares at a time without having to call in. That killed me at one time also. If they changed that, B of A is pretty good at execution.
