LOL. No. "Volume" doesn't mean anything. A stock can have 1 Billion in Volume and it will not budge or 20 Million in volume and it will budge a couple dollars or 1 Billion in volume and it will budge a couple dollar or 20 Million in volume and it will not budge. Using volume to determine the future stock price is amateur.
