How do you not understand they DID NOT come after KBLB??? They put out a Request For Information, to the general public. If they wanted to contact KBLB why wouldn't they just contact them directly? It's not the Air Force that's playing games it's Kim. He knows he won't be able to produce in Vietnam this year, which looks really bad after foolishly announcing that last year would be the breakout year. So he throws out that ridiculous PR to try and keep his scam going for another year.
