That's because these are all people who do these transactions they way rich folks do and not on trading apps like us plebs where the broker-dealer finds a seller and we buy and it gets "charted" with a 15 min delay.

This is what OTC trading is all about - discretion. 5 months later - we see these folks have taken a large interest in the CT's.
