Why did Deitsch stop his SEC filing obligations if the SEC was trying to save face?

In reading the SEC complaint - it is obvious that Deitsch will be banned for a minimum of 5 years from any involvement in securities.

Two brokerage firms closed his account because he was manipulating the price.

Deitsch issued false and misleading information in press releases. He lied about having contracts in India and China.

And once again Deitsch is a Delinquent SEC Reporter.
