If you have VPN, you can set up your own free anonymous email addy to send it from if you don't want to schedule your life around Happy Hour to PM. I'd recommend setting up a free email on mail.com either using a VPN or go to a Starbucks, McDs or any of many free WiFi spots. Any library should also have free wifi.
