hondobud, I don’t think the mistake was intentional… just a lack of proofreading. GLTA!

hondobud, If you notice in the letter, Hariton was issued Preferred Series B shares and later states the he owns no shares in ETEK, so maybe he converted his shares to Common shares then sold them. I don’t know the conversion rate, but maybe that would account for that dump of 230M commons about a month ago. Just speculation on my part… GLTA!
