Deal wasn't done so Rick couldn't really put that out there. I guess he could have, like Ken, but he removed it. Clearly, something isn't finalized or someone is taking their sweet time. We know FINRA is awesome about how quick they get stuff done. So, we will just have to wait and see what happens.
