Assuming the rumor is true, and SFRX……

is no longer at Melbourne, then yes, 23 years on the Melbourne project between SFRX and it’s partner has proven not only to be a complete waste of time, but 6.5B shares have been issued since SFRX joined the search party for the wreck some of us have said wasn’t there for years.

Previous attempts at reasonable discussion have bore fruitless results and proven a complete waste of time.

It was interesting that it was either Timmy or The Baer who admitted Spain salvaged some of those wrecks that were in shallow water for several years after the 1715 fleet sank. Melbourne is 55 feet at the deepest point and the wreck would be visible.

Today we were told a ship with an “alleged” $15B in treasure and drifted from the unknown 1554(?) flota and therefore would not be documented.

Further, we’re now being told the big ole ballast pile is on top of the teredo crust, and the so-called “expert” hypothesizes that the “alleged” $15B (cultural deposits) are intact beneath the 8 feet of worm poop, but more eyes need to look at it.

The Toy can’t see what’s beneath the worm poop?

It’s rhetorical.

Do you know if there is going be a Part Three?

Remember when I posted this link some time back about the Kirby wreck?

If Andrew is an “expert,” why the hypothesis?

And what about The Timmy Toy?

Today’s sub-bottom profiler and the associated computer programs are the cutting edge in locating a submerged wreck. The printout of the reflected bottom with the overburden removed is a fantastic view of a wreck that has been totally encrusted with the remains of the Teredoworms which ate her. In the runs where the profiler picked up the anomaly, it penetrated the crust and further showed the bedrock three feet below. All that remains of the wreck is contained below the “Teredo crust”. Between the crust and the bedrock are the remains of an ancient historical shipwreck.
