#13617 RE: ramalio #13616

DDV has really been the one that figured this out a long while ago. I was more skeptical until I started seeing similar attributes in another ticker. And I was able to see how certain lenders can have a major influence on a company. So, quickly I had been speaking with DDV about this and how I think he is right on the money. Just made too much sense on how it works.

Leonite has been assisting Nils throughout this entire process and the reason partially they are at this point. I expect the $.75 is a bargain, especially in comparison models DDV showed in the same market. The financials of this company are off the chart. We will find out in due time but if Leonite is willing to fork over $5,250,000 at that share price, they know other lenders on an offering will pay much more and they got a deal because of their relationship.

I have done some comparisons with similar SS and companies with way worse liabilities to net income and total assets and they were getting offers for $1-1.4 per share. Ultimately, everything has to play out and Leonite needs to drop a Form 10 and all, but the offerings in the future must be much much higher. And the $6 price target the company put out is what I would say a comfortable price target. So far, DDV has been on the money with this.
