There is no way a share buyback is going to happen. 2B shares at 0.0006 would be $1.2M, and when the deal goes through the price is only going to go up and cost them even more. The new owners aren't going to agree to throw money out the window for no reason. Do the RS when they do the name / ticker change and get it done. Then there is no need for new investors to worry about RS.
