I not sure I feel below a nickle is a good entry.

Just look where PKTX is today.

They could have saved a lot of money if they listen.

I hope something positive develops for all those holding.

Smith knows he’s covered under safe harbor. The bar to prove he knew he was lying is too high….which is why penny stock CEOs get away with misleading shareholders.
The only justice here is that hopefully Smith loses everything he invested in PKTX.
