Go back and look at all of their previous ACCOUNTANTS who have lost their PCBOA license for ( Fill in the blank ) leaving out or omitting material facts, I said early on they would have problems because of AUDIT trail, KISSINGER told me I was an IDIOT, well, from the bleachers it sure looks like another misstep from the supposed GENIUS.......No accountant would ever put his/her license on the line to omit FACTS, period. Especially from a Company with a long history of poor accounting, on ZERO revenues to boot!....Let's see the PO's in the "subsequent events" portion of the 10K, if they don't exist then the TWITTER FEED is flat out LIES by the Company, someone will then undoubtedly pursue a legal remedy......Maybe the accountant is asking to see the PO's as we speak.....GLTA
