Yeah that's cutting it awfully close for a company that's allegedly going to go to NASDAQ. Not if they won't publicly explain the issues

Doesn't ease my mind to be honest... what that means is they have 3 weeks before entering the grace period on the way to the expert market. Stock will continue its basically zero movement until they either file or enter the grace period, at which point it will tank even more.

And it is very disappointing how the company basically discounts the OTC and their rules and doesn't take the impacts of missing deadlines and getting warnings as something serious.

So they have 3 weeks now to get this done. That is 15 business days to finish it and get it submitted.

May 10 is exactly 21 calendar days from now, so we just have to hope it’s completely and accurately completed and submitted by or before May 10.

I prefer they get it done before the end of April, so we’re not sweating it in early May.
