It's not fishy its a tag team between MMs and retail. When MMs back off retail continues the manipulation. Soon enough people will realize that this is probably one of the few opportunities in otc that can make a sizeable run and cut some of this bs out.
I get some don't like it but look around other companies are trading much worse this has been by far the most consistent mover the past 10 months.
