Of course we will see these euphoria in the market again and again. The main reason is because the main tool that the Fed and the government has is to flood money to create artificial optimism specially in election periods. It's a secular cycle. If this wrong? 100% yes but nobody will do anything to change course because its against our own interest, as irrational as it sounds!
