Probably will. But I have been in a stock that did name / ticker / RS all at the same time and it worked out. I made money. It didn't crash like it would if they had only done the RS.

So, it may work out.

And the debt will be retired resulting in profitability. Where is the form 1-Z? It appears to be overdue.
