Yes…if 99% of the voters approve the additional 500 mil shares but only 40% of shareholders voted, it’s possible it won’t be enacted…

I wonder if all the incessant talk of institutional buyers and owners essentially running this stock has anything to do with less people voting?…

Or maybe there are plenty of shareholders who are not as unintelligent as assumed?…
