Like I have said before I think it is more the TAs in cahoots with the MMs. Unless a CEO is up the TAs ass and asking for proof of all actions taken they can drag things out for their buddies.
I am still of the believe that the biggest thing here is the current ceo and the previous ceo never issued any new shares. News will keep coming this is a company that is building one of these days it will have a big day.
