Thanks for sharing. Perhaps this might lead to "getting back" some of the substantial losses many of us incurred to date connected to Roger Pawson's running / controlling of the company. We wait.
For “patent infringement”, Roger would have wait until his patent application clears the patent office and becomes a full patent, at which point legal action could proceed.
In the PR, he lists “Investor Relations” as info@optecmpg.com. That website isn’t active: http://optecmpg.com, but this email checker says the mailbox exists: https://myemailverifier.com.
In the past, Roger has used CEO@optecmpg.com. I suspect he’s trying to look more legitimate by implying that he has an “investor relations” person/dept.
And, as others have pointed out: there are issues with the invention, the application is under Roger’s name, and it’s doubtful that Roger would share any proceeds with OPTI shareholders.
Here’s a link that’s been posted before that shows the status of Roger’s inventions (which I doubt are worth anything.). It shows Roger’s 2 cell phone applications, plus the Fuel Maximizer patent (ignore the last 2 documents, they aren’t Roger Pawson’s). https://www.patentguru.com/search?q=in=(Pawson%2C+Roger)&filter=open
