VPER is at least 10 years behind companies with actual "smart city" products. They haven't even installed ONE pole. How are they going to make any meaningful EPS with 20 billion OS? I would love to see what Palos Hills actually ordered from them. How are the poles networked? A few years ago VPER was talking about ordering an internet circuit for one of their poles from Charter or some other provider. You're not going to have an individual internet connection for every pole, so how are they connected? I wonder what type of security VPER has for these devices.
