They’re also breaking the law. Reg FD requires them to disclose all information to all investors at the same time. They cannot go to the conference and disclose material information to a subset of investors that are attending the conference, or that they have given restricted access to the link
If they’re going to disclose material information they must disclose it to everyone at the same time.
Ask IR for the link. If you don’t get it, report them to the regulator.
