It is nothing but a demand and threat letter. There will ,almost certainly be no lawsuit, as the cost of the lawsuit will drain the cash of AABB. The threat/demand is to STOP NOW, or else. But there won't be an or else scenario.
This is the AABB response to appease the shareholders.
