I thought we were talking about 1385 Park Center Drive (NOT 3151 Scott Street). PLUS that's OPTEC EV (NOT Optec International).

But thank you for that great DD, even if it is over a year old AND very easily accessible as its the first "sticky post" on this board.

Personally, I like comic strips or pics of smoking Frankenstein or LOL memes as I think that's MUCH better due diligence than info that's over one year old.
