Why would Sharp want another empty shell he already has 4 and hasn't done anything with them.

Sharp has been the CEO of FORW for 4 years and still hasn't generated any revenue.

I would for the SEC to take a closer look at Sharp as I don't believe that he loaned Maverick $200,000 - neither company is a SEC filer so they don't audit the financials - so Sharp can put anything in the financials that he feels is best for pumping.

G.S. would need a good deal

to come in to see a way to

get repaid his debt owed...

G.S. would almost triple his obligations

if he took over a company that owes

about 3 times in debt what they also

owe to him...

MKGP is not a clean shell and the

accounting doesn't favor it...

G.S. needs to see a good deal get

done just like the other $800,000 or

so of accrued liabilities need to see

a deal get done...

G.S. could buy a clean shell for a

lot less than he invested in MKGP...
