I totally agree. Not only is the n-t-ek criminal principal still a public figure with full public disclosure in court documents that he is still the owner of both companies, he is not an active member of this website. Comments about interactions with the principal and his company would be completely on topic as there is no violation of privacy issues.
If a member reveals themselves knowingly, that also is not prohibited. There are no rules against using your personal name as an alias that I know of.
