If point number 1 makes this hopeless why is GS continuing?

Most likely so as to not adversely effect WNFT and SRNW since they are viable shells and are SEC registered and reporting which GVSI is not.

I think disclosing these huge GVSI problems would adversley effect his other shells' reputation.

Plus letting people know the truth about the SEC investigation, administrative proceeding and restriction (which I have not seen it mentioned in any tweet, disclosure or financial statement) would also most likely put a huge hit on his personal reputation.
