DDV's hopes for a ride to dollars are IMO more founded on a special cooperation/deal with a S1 whereby the pps somehow artificially gets lifted to a dollar or beyond, especially to fulfill the re. requirements of a higher exchange. Nice way to get there, but I believe it not before its occurrence.
