Not a prayer no matter how undervalued the CEO claims the shares are..

Buyback programs need to be communicated of their approval prior to execution. This would have an effect on share price as it’s a signal to stable cash flows and strong signal the stock is at a discount.

EXACTLY !!!!!!!!!! The sentiment alone could do wonders for the share price and it would be a step in the right direction toward rewarding shareholders for their decades of support & patience ...........

Bringing the outstanding share count to under a Billion would be a nice milestone as well,
