Multicell: This is what I got from the help center (top right corner). I will definitely call them on Tuesday and ask them to read out the cusip no. to me directly. It is straight forward and REALLY a simple question (even a 10 year old teen can answer it). They begin to really p'ss me off.

I have sent a request 3 times in the past 2 week's to etrade asking about my shares. All I get from them is a standard brush off stating it has been escalated to their compliance dept. I have not tried to get anything from AT as I wouldnt expect anything from them. I just sent etrade another nastier email.
